Each class lasts 50 minutes and includes a warm-up, a cool-down, and stretching exercises.

    THE GREATEST - Boxing drills on the bags and conditioning on the floor, The greatest will increase your heart rate so you can achieve an excellent work out!

    DESTROYER

    A dynamic combination of partner Pad work and focused conditioning training, this class is exceptionally beneficial for learning and refining boxing technique. Participants can expect to enhance their skills while improving their overall fitness and endurance in a supportive environment.

    MARVELOUS

    This specialized class primarily emphasizes strength training through a variety of circuit exercises, ensuring that participants build muscle and enhance their overall fitness, with no boxing activities involved whatsoever.

    IRON

    This dynamic class is a carefully structured combination of 6 intense rounds of boxing on the heavy bags, paired with 6 engaging rounds of a kettlebell workout. This format is specifically designed to ensure that every muscle group in your body is effectively targeted and worked, providing a comprehensive fitness experience that builds strength and endurance.

    HITMAN

    Our Hitman class is an all-out, high-intensity workout that combines explosive punches with dynamic body weight exercises, ensuring a comprehensive and challenging session for every participant.

  • WOMEN ONLY BOXING

    A women’s only class taught in a comfortable environment whilst learning and striving to improve your boxing skills and physical conditioning. We will prove that boxing really is for everyone!

  • BOXTECH

    Our Box Tech class involves a combination of bag and pad work, shadow boxing, circuit training and body sparring. The perfect class if you are looking to improve technique, gain knowledge and be pushed to your limits
